The 2013 Treasure Coast International Film Festival is a much anticipated spectacular event that will highlight the best of the independent film industry. It will be held May 30th thru June 2nd, 2013, with public displays and screenings of independent and art films at the Nova Sabal Palms Cinema and various locations throughout Fort Pierce.
From the Opening Night Gala, Director‘s Mixers, seminars and after-parties to the Awards Gala at the Riverwalk in Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, this year's festival promises to be an event not to be missed.

"THE LYING TRUTH" by Award winning Director Reggie Gaskin will open the 2013 Film Festival on May 30th, 2013. Doors open at 7 p.m. for the Opening Night Gala.

THE GODFATHER'S JOHNNY MARTINO TO ATTEND TCIFF, FLORIDA FILM INDUSTRY LEGEND ED DONOVAN TO BE HONORED
Veteran Screen Actor Johnny Martino
(The Godfather, Dillinger, Capone) will
be attending the screening of
Corpse Grinder 3 at this
year's Treasure Coast International
Film Festival. He will also be honored
with the "Lifetime Achievement Award"
at the TCIFF Awards Gala on Sunday,
June 2nd at the Riverwalk Center in
Historic Downtown Ft. Pierce.
Also being honored with TCIFF's "Visionary Award" for his 25 years of contribution to Florida's Film Industry will be Journalist and Veteran Ed Donovan, Editor of In Focus Magazine, Florida’s Film, Television and the Arts Award winning Industry Magazine.

Come join Special Effects artist and Award winning Director Gary Lester as he demonstrates techniques for mechanical effects filmmakers can utilize.
9:45 A.M. SHOOTING ON A SHOESTRING BUDGET
Veteran Producer Richard Lester will discuss the production process of a low budget film.
10:30 A.M. SCREEN ACTORS WORKSHOP:
Veteran Film Director will be sharing acting techniques for the camera while exploring the actor-Director relationship.
11:15 A.M. SCREENPLAY SEMINAR:
Screenwriter Michael Chasin will be hosting a talk on screenwriting and dialogue structure. Michael is the screenwriting instructor for the Miami Film School and a multiple award winning filmmaker.

A candid round table discussion on the process of an independent film, from conception to distribution. Panel includes professionals from the production industry, talent management, film festival circuit, T.V. and film distributor. Moderated by Film Festival Executive Director and Filmmaker Joe Garofalo, the discussion will explore the options today's independent filmmakers may have in successfully producing and ultimately distributing their film.
